About our trustee positions
We are looking to appoint new trustees to the Coram Family and Childcare board to help steer the organisation through its next phase of development, ensure that the organisation meets legal and financial requirements, strives to achieve best practice and is financially stable and effectively administered.
Candidates are particularly sought with backgrounds in childcare provision (e.g. nursery manager, childminder, practitioners), SEND, and policy/business development and with lived experience of using childcare services. Each trustee attends four board meetings and serves for a term of four years (renewable for a further four years). The position is unpaid and, when in person, meetings take place at Coram Campus, 41 Brunswick Square, London WC1N 1AZ.
We are committed to the safeguarding of children and where appropriate will require the successful applicant to undertake a check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
