Webinar July 2023: Understanding the take-up of early education entitlements

Why do some children miss out on early education, and what can be done to help? This is the question that a new study, funded by the Nuffield Foundation and delivered by the Centre for Evidence and Implementation, Coram Family and Childcare and UCL Centre for Education Policy & Equalising Opportunities with Ivana La Valle seeks to answer.

As part of this survey, we hosted an informative webinar on Tuesday 4 July to discuss the two year old offer and share best practices around increasing the take-up locally. We were delighted to be joined by two English local authorities who will share their own practical experience of boosting awareness and engagement of the two year old offer.
